This is SKELEPREG and EATING DISORDER hurt/comfort. If you are not comfortable with that, turn back now.
So I blame @cooterblaster for this. I was researching sympathy symptoms for their contest, and I managed to fall down the eating disorder rabbit hole. Again. Then this happened. It is not a contest entry. Because I completely failed to follow the prompt, and this is not fluff—this is angst and hurt/comfort at best. I’m sorry. I hope it’s enjoyable anyway. One day, I will learn how to actually write fluff, I swear.
Also, excuse the quality. I’m actually sick today and wrote this on my cell phone because my brain hates me and won’t shut the fuck up for more than ten minutes unless I’m writing.
Warning: skelepreg, eating disorders, pica, weird cravings, mild weight gain (of the non-pregnant partner), ectoflesh, hormones. (The bold is there for a reason, folks.)
Hope this does it for ya. Sorry im taking so long. I had to take a break but I will be working on the requests and the artchains as soon as I can. I have somewhere around 30 or so requests rn
Ill probably be posting a bunch of random stuff until i get back in the groove of things
I can barely fathom how much I love this. The colours, their expressions, all the small details of their designs. What a beautiful piece of artwork, it’s just breathtaking.
We’re both looking for something We’ve been afraid to find It’s easier to be broken It’s easier to hide Lookin’ at you Holdin’ my breath For once in my life I’m scared to death I’m takin’ a chance Letting you inside
@swappaps-carrot *throws hands to the side, revealing picture* TADAAAAAA!!!

This is incredibly beautiful. The contrast between the black and white and the red of his eyes and the flowers. Very nice. Every time I see flowers in your art it just reminds me of how much I want to write something with the hanahaki disease concept. I love this.
Summary: Two days in the lives of Stretch and Edge.
Notes: Too long to call a drabble. More Living on the Surface style AU. Depictions of depression and hurt/comfort, domestic. Also, happiness. Also on AO3
