So Pup runs a little flower shop by where Cash lives and Cash subconsciously took up the habit of buying a lot of daffodils from Pup’s shop, Pup notices and one way or another they get to know each other; but one day Pup’s shop just shuts down without notice and all Cash found was a message card for him with a daffodil thanking him for their limited time together leaving Cash with a lot of distressing feelings inexpressible
(I picked a random number from the prompt list and it gave me “interrupted declaration of love” :^)
This is lovely, but how dare you. The colours you’ve used here represent the mood so well. Everything is dull and gloomy except for Cash’s purple, and the daffodils. I love the imagery.
Man. Is it weird that I’ve never considered this ship?
I’ve been holding onto this ask for a while. Trying to see if something will spark…and nothing catches. I should like it, since Cash has so much in common with Razz and I love Papyrus/Razz. But….
Huh. I guess because I know that Cash would eventually do something regrettable, something to hurt Pap. And…Pap probably wouldn’t stand up for himself. I can see this being a very unhappy ship, probably ending when Pap finally has enough. Cash would be bewildered by it all. Blindsided. Unprepared.
I. I want to like it? I want to be able to see it as happy and positive…but it just isn’t working for me.
I, uh… have some feelings about this ship. I hope you don’t mind me adding them, Kit.
I feel like Papyrus would be good for Cash—but Cash wouldn’t be good for Papyrus. (With my own characterisations, at least).
Papyrus is a positive person. He’s great to be around. He tackles Cash’s insecurities, makes him feel good about himself, comforts him, gets him to open up—which is a feat in itself; Cash is a very closed off person. He doesn’t like showing affection—it feels like a weakness.
But Papyrus is similar to Cash (and any Papyrus) in that he yearns for praise and validation. He’s just more reserved about it. Better at uplifting himself.
But being with someone like Cash—someone who isn’t very supportive or affectionate—would get to him. Cash prefers to be snarky than sincere—and although Papyrus knows he doesn’t mean it… he sometimes wonders if there’s truth to it. If Cash doesn’t actually value him as much as he values Cash.
Being with Cash is bad for him, it just takes him a while to realise it, because he tries his best to see the good in everyone—even if it’s bad for his own well-being.
HELP I CAN’T STOP SKETCHING DEM BOYS FROM ATYPICAL @itsladykit
!!!!!!!!!!
Look at my boys!!!!
I adore them! Oh, man. I am not going to be coherent enough to give this the commentary it deserves. I adore these. I love the one with Cash in the tub, and the one with Pup gardening while he watches—and the busts are great too! And I love Rus’ sexy strip-tease for oblivious!Twist—and! I just! I love all of them. So, so much. Their expressions are perfect and precious and I just—man, I could just gush about these all night.
Such an amazing job. I love these so much. Please. Never stop drawing my boys. You do it so well. Thank you so much!
Pairing: Twist x Cash (not too heavy, just slightly implied?)
Warnings: Angry of fish
Overview: Twist convinces Cash to join him on a walk to a nearby river. It turns out that it isn’t quite as simple as Cash thought it would be.
A/N: Been suffering a lot with my lung and sinus infection this past week and I really haven’t been able to work on anything too difficult. Sorry to everyone expecting stuff from me, I’ve just not been feeling up to it.
The Atypical Papyrus hoard!! Look at the crowd of good boys!! @itsladykit s goodest of boys!!
I’ve been working on this for a few days off and on but I scraped together my mettle and got it done this evening!
