@itsladykit s good angry siren boy
First time drawing in photoshop for shits and giggles, at least not for an assignment
Came out pretty darn good I would say

Cash!!! My beautiful siren boy!!!

Okay, seriously, if you’re on mobile, open the pic and zoom in. The detailing on the full-body shot is absolutely worth it. I love the way his fins flow—and I adore his ear-fins. Those are actually really adorable, almost endearing, and I love it. And I love his tail too. Honestly, I just love this whole thing to bits.

Absolutely lovely work. Thank you so, so much! This is incredible! ^_^

@itsladykit take him ad make him be sexy somewhere else

Aw!!!! My poor little sex demon…. He looks so sad and vulnerable. Poor boy…. Gonna have to grab a vampire or a dragon or a werewolf or some combination of the three to make him feel good again.

I adore him! He’s so adorable and so cute! I love the heart at the end of his tail—it’s such a nice detail. Absolutely lovely work. I adore this beautiful boy. Thank you so much!

Atypical—Hands

So. I’m going to level with you all. I got back from vacation and basically had my ass kicked at work. It was not a good week, and much of my motivation has been taken from me. Your support has meant more than you know, guys. Even if I haven’t answered your comment yet, it means so much to me.

Unfortunately, this means I will not have a proper chapter out for you guys. LC and CF are both mentally draining in a way that I am not up to right now.

So here’s some Atypical Puppymoney fluff for you. Enjoy.

Lovely little ficlet! These two work really well together–I love how Pup is able to ‘tame the beast’ the fish. And it was also interesting to see some of Cash’s thoughts about Twist. Very nice.

I have finals. I have concerts. I have homework. What the hell am I doing?

Ok. So I recently started (and quickly tore through) @itsladykit ’s Atypical collection. Honestly, all I needed to see to get hooked was ‘dragon’, but it’s great all around. You can find it here> https://archiveofourown.org/works/13328208

If I read and remembered correctly, Twist’s dragon form is still skeletal? Or maybe I suck at English idk. I made the skin between the wings of magic because it… makes sense, I guess?

Anyways, this took unreasonably long to color (I had the lineart done in maybe 20 minutes, tho). My initial plan was to do traditional, snap a pic, and post. Buuuut, the original’s coloring turned out disgusting. Seriously. I won’t even post it, it turned out so bad.

Featuring: Them LEGS!!, An Attempt at a Lizard Pelvis, and A Probably Inaccurate Design

O_O

He’s beautiful!! I actually really love the way you’ve designed him—long and lean and tol. I love it. Especially the spikes on his tail! A detail I honestly wouldn’t have thought of.

And yes! Twist’s dragon form is still skeletal, though he can call up some ectoflesh if he wants to. Magic to act as his wing’s membranes is a very good example of that.

Overall, a lovely, lovely job. Thank you so much!!

i love drawing your boi :)))

O.O

I don’t even have words. What the hell. This is BRILLIANT! How on earth… geez, Painty. You did a fantastic job on this! Twist somehow looks simultaneously terrifying and adorable. His wings are lovely–and don’t even get me started on fucking dragon Twist. Look at that boy!! AMAZING.

I’m going to ramble about this in the tags so I don’t ruin the aesthetic, but shit. Words aren’t enough to express how completely stunning this is.

@roseworks asked a question about Edge’s wings. This ended up a lot less fluffy than intended.

Glittering Gold

Part 2 of the fic chain I’ve got going with @lunarsnickerdoodle.

Part 1: HERE

Warnings: death threats, feral behavior, territorial behavior.

Twist could barely hear Edge talking past the rush of magic through his earholes. He hardly noticed the pressure inside his skull as his horns curled around his brainpan. His breath was hot, fire magic gathering in his throat and smoke curling from his nasal aperture.

He stalked into the living room, catching sight of the other dragon. Twist didn’t think about his actions, just allowed instinct to drive him forward. Bone scraped against stone as he hurled the other dragon into a wall, pinning him there with his body. His wings flared behind him threateningly, and subsonic vocalizations—pitched so low they were felt rather than heard—vibrated their bones.

The other dragon was smart, though—he immediately tilted his head up, exposing his throat in submission. He dropped his gaze, not making eye contact, and his own vocalizations were softer and smaller—more like the chirping of a hatchling. Twist still caught him by his cervical vertebrae and pressed him into the wall, snarling, “The fuck er ya doin’ ‘ere?”

The other dragon held up his hands, visibly struggling to maintain his submissive posture. “Came for a cup of sugar, love,” he said, still cheeky despite his attempts to maintain his submissive posture.

Twist paused, scenting along the other dragon’s vertebrae and mandible. Then his growl grew louder. “Yer not in heat, so I‘m gonna ask again—the fuck ‘er ya doin’ ‘ere?” Behind them, Edge coughed, and Twist flared his wings wider. “Go ta yer room, sweetheart. I got business ta take care of.”

“I want to hear what he has to say.”

Twist grumbled at that, but he wasn’t about to force him. “Talk,” he snapped, glaring at Braise.

Chin still lifted to expose his throat, Braise said, voice rough, “Need your help.”

Twist cocked his head. The words were almost nonsensical. Dragons didn’t help each other. Dragons didn’t even associate with each other outside of heat. They were too territorial, too aggressive. The very idea that another dragon—even the dragon he’d used as a heat partner for centuries—would seek him out like this was absolutely absurd. “What could ya possibly need my help with, huh?”

“Another dragon’s got her eyes on our territory—yours and mine.”

“So? You don’t need my help fer—“

“I was hoping your vampire could watch the kids while I showed her the error of her ways.”

Twist blinked. “Kids? What’re you talkin’ about?”

Braise lowered his gaze and met Twist’s eyelight. “My clutch caught last time I was in heat. Four of them hatched out.”

Twist’s soul was hammering. “…last time?”

Braise looked away. “Congrats, love,” he said, uncomfortable.

Twist’s wings sagged and he released Braise, totally adrift. Behind them, Edge asked, “Did I miss something?”

Trying to steady his breathing, Twist nodded. Then asked, “How’d ya feel about watchin’ a covey ‘a dragonlings.” He took a breath, looking at Braise—who still refused to meet his eye. “My—our dragonlings.”

“YOU HAVE KIDS!?”

All three turned to stare at the sex demon standing at the top of the stairs, looking down at them. Pup, at his side, flushed and waved nervously.

Edge just facepalmed. “Well, at least it’s never boring around here.”
