Life Cycles, Ch. 5 – Best laid plans

Edge and Undyne have a heart-to-heart.

Warnings: disordered eating, eating disorders, anxiety, and sexual humor.

Main pairings: Spicyhoney, background Alphyne. (There’s a pretty significant plot-point for the Twistfell story line, though, if you’re reading that.)

Special notes: I’m adding in some nicknames for the various Undynes and Alphys-es. I’m gonna try to make sure it’s easy to follow, but here’s a guide:

Underfell Undyne – “Hook”, (though Edge still slips and calls her Undyne)

Twistfell Undyne – “Scales”

Undertale Undyne – Undyne

Underfell Alphys – “Spike”

Oh my god, it’s finished. I’m so glad, even though I can’t help but feel a bit stupid for putting so much work into “just fanart”. And in a way I feel stupid because I feel stupid because of that. After all I did it because I wanted to and that’s what matters, right?
I’m mostly satisfied with the painting and I also kinda used it to test out the current limits of my art skills. I’m content with the results. 🙂
