*Coughs* anyway, I saw @cheapbourbon  ‘s beautiful art for their spicyhoney AU based in the Old West and my God I had a neeeeedddd that couldn’t be sated until I finally got around to writing. Honestly, I couldn’t sleep last night because I needed to write something *flails*. Sorry in advance if it’s not great, I’ve had a killer headache the entire time I was writing this x-x

And the last and third thing I drew in drawpile today, which I really like how it turned out even though his eyes and stuff is a bit wonky but otherwise it turned out pretty damn good! I love drawing lineless in drawpile because then I usually don’t even make some sort of base I just use the colours and like build it up as if I was painting irl, though in real life I would sketch up a proper base sketch first though xD

Still really like how this turned out, I always go for red, orange and yellow when I decide to paint one of these, because I really like them and they look so good together, should totally try out painting with other colours sometime but we shall see when that happens, I pretty much gave up with the smoke and I just now realized maybe I shoulda added a bit of shadow underneath the cigarette, but too late now tho, really like how this turned out anyway hella lots of fun to do <:

So @cheapbourbon is fucking amazing at art, and did a thing, and I gave the thing some serious thought for like half a second and here we are. I’m really not the one to even begin to try and give this idea even a quarter of the good content it deserves, but I gave it a try anyways. Because I’m a sucker for this shit.

I used some Old West terminology for a couple things, so there’ll be a mini dictionary at the end.
