He has not had the best past, and has no knowledge of ASL yet. Because of this his trust in humans is less than stellar. If you keep at it, however, he will eventually warm up to you. Please take good care of him.
Caution: While most Pup have a general distrust of new people in general, this one has dealt with abuse in his past. Both his open skull crack and docked tail will have to be thoroughly cleaned daily. Don’t let him get out of it, as infection is a real risk.
