so the drabble event is done- and i’m working on bad memory again BUT it’s kinda angst city atm and while i’m enjoying this a LOT i usually like to have a more light-hearted smut fic i can work on at the same time so i don’t feel so drained.
SO
i’ve narrowed this down to 4 choices on what to work on next, since i have a lot of plot bunnies sitting around
but to give you a little more info the options are:
Us X Uf bros foursome- This has been an idea i’ve had for a while since i really enjoy all of the pairings between the four skeles- this bunny will be a foursome but it’ll be the first time Edge and Stretch are together so spicyhoney fans may enjoy it 😉
Twin Blue Au- One of the drabbles i did just skimmed the surface over all the ideas i have for there being twin Blues so i’m looking at extending this into a short series/long one shot.
Fellcest+Edgelord Supreme- an excuse to have edgedestroyed in everyway possible by two assholes. that’s it. sorry OTL
Classicberry-Fluff and smut- another one that’s been sitting around for a while, i really wanna do a little more sanscest and this ship has me weak :’)

So this is the kind of stuff I’m doing to try and better understand my subject, the skeleton. I personally feel that drawing from life is the best way to improve, thank god we have a skeleton model in the art room
2 watercolor commissions for @silverwolf715 as companion pieces to previous prints/commissions I have done this past year. If I can find a place to print them, I will offer these in my store as well 🙂
To be honest, I usually come up with an idea, draft out a very brief plan, and then just start writing and come back to fix it up later. But I usually don’t start posting until I’ve either completely finished writing the fic, or pretty much written the bulk of it and planned out an ending.
(I’d actually done that for Sixteen Rules, but ended up going wayyyyy off what I’d planned. I think it worked out for the better though.)
But I like to have an entire (or at least, very substantial) draft written up before I start posting, just so I know where I’m going. I’ve found though, that the best chapters I’ve written have been spontaneous. I think it’s good to have a rough draft though, just so that you know where you’re going and to help you familiarise yourself with the characters. But you don’t have to stick to it perfectly (I know I seldom do).
All that being said though, sometimes it can be better to start posting it, and see what the readers enjoy. I’ll be completely honest, I probably have about 100k+ words worth of fanfiction that I’ve just never published. Long, detailed fics that I really wanted to finish writing before posting, because I was worried I’d lose the plot if I started posting too early. But it’s very easy to lose motivation when doing this, because you have no one giving you feedback about your writing, so you’re not sure whether or not people will actually enjoy it when you post it.
Even so, drafting is my lifeline, so I do it very rigorously before I start posting chapters. But normally, I just start writing once I’ve come up with an idea, and see where it takes me. I’m not sure this is the best advice. I often tend to get stumped at certain points or chapters, and I think it might be because I don’t do enough planning beforehand.
I think planning out with themes and character goals in mind can help move the plot along well. All this said, I’m probably not the best person to be giving advice. While I really enjoy writing, I’m still learning how to go about it.

Wonder [ Underswap ] – all of 4′4″/134cm, looks like a cinnamon roll but can kill you. Fake cutie, watch your back. He’s sweet so long as you don’t mess with his loved ones. 31 years old. [He’s the older brother. We like the Sanses being the big bros ♥ ]
Leuco [ Fellswap ] – 5′0″/152cm, looks like an asshole; is one. His make-up is ALWAYS on point. Not a nice guy, but he at least cares about his brother. 32 years old.
Raff [ Undertale ] – 5′9″/179cm, pretty much adheres to the usual canon/fanon depictions of Sans. Lazy, overprotective, full of shitty wonderful puns. 34 years old.
Pepper [ Underfell ] – 6′6″/201cm, honestly a good guy under all the angst, loves his brother and will throw your ass into outerspace to protect him. Sweaty af and sad. Needs a hug. 33 years old.

In the first one he was going to say “you know edge, you’re not the only one not wearing anything underneath” as in the comic Edge, or is he called fell in it don’t remember right now, said he wasn’t wearing anything underneath in the comic and I thought it would be funny if Stretch said something similar right back I dunno, and the other one I was going to animate a little like with the sparkles but never got that far, because socks
