Anything that gives his clit the best stimulation. Pap’s capable of getting off with his vag alone but it takes more work than his clients are usually willing to put in towards him. So he likes positions where either he can touch himself while his clients are using him or where his clit is getting enough friction in other ways.
O = Oral (Preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc)
Definitely prefers giving oral. When receiving, like 3 times out of 4 it’s by some monster that’s trying to impress him with skill that they can’t actually back up. If he’s using a dick (which his clients rarely ask him for) it’s not so bad, but when they’re eating him out, it’s difficult even to pretend that they’re any good. He would much rather be on his knees pleasuring someone else than have to endure someone doing an awful job on him.
V = Volume (How loud they are, what sounds they make)
Loud, loud, loud. Unless a client specifically asks for him to keep quiet, he lets go entirely. He moans and pants constantly (and begs if asked to). Outside of his work, he’s still loud but it’s a lot less for show. When he’s not whoring, he’s also a lot more likely to whine and whimper if something’s particularly good.

(Well, he wouldn’t say it, he’d describe it and then the person listening would be like ‘oh u mean missionary’ and Sans would be like ‘what’ cuz he has no idea about anything LMFAO) The thing is though, what Sans likes about sex is being able to be on top of his partner, holding them down, pinning them, having them surrounded. Anything that fulfills that desire for him would be the best position.
However, with the limited knowledge at his disposal, he can’t quite pinpoint that that’s what he enjoys quite yet so he’d probs just describe it like “I like being between my partner’s legs while they’re laid out in front of me so I can easily penetrate them.” which. Yeah. Missionary LOL

He’s never given oral before and would need careful instruction on watching his teeth (ideally from someone willing to endure his irritation with being taught) if he learned now. As a result, he would much rather receive oral, though he hasn’t exactly had a lot of experience with that either.

He doesn’t hold back. If he’s loud, he’s loud—there’s no filter on him that makes him want or need to restrain himself. That said, mostly he’s a hisser. He’s not likely to shout or scream or even moan too loud. If it happens, he won’t stop himself or get embarrassed but he’s a lot more geared towards muted sounds of pleasure.
Sex is possibly also the only time he’ll let loose long enough to swear.
