How would you rate the skeles’ fluency in the language of memes from fluent to “wtf is an Ugandan knuckles”?

Oh, my. I’m afraid I am ill-equipped to answer this one. I myself am woefully unfamiliar with most memes. But I’ll give it a go:

Slim
Stretch
Razz (not by choice—his brother won’t allow him to languish in ignorance, whatever Razz might prefer)
Red
Sans
Papyrus (he tries to stay on top of the newest memes, but he’s always just a bit behind)
Blue
Blackberry
Twist (I think to think Twist is totally ignorant of them until Slim and Stretch make it their mission to educate them. They end up regretting this decision.)
Edge (will leave the room, the chat, or the site as soon as he catches the faintest hint of memery.)
